Before one begins the exercise, he has to empty his bladder first.

The Workout Plan – Kegel Exercises for Men

A guy starts out by holding his contraction for 3 seconds, then build it up to holding for a longer duration.
So here’s how it goes:
The Kegel Workout for Beginners or When Starting Out
The first week – Level 1
- Flex (or contract) the ejaculatory muscle tightly and hold the contraction for 3 seconds
- Release the muscle and relax for another 3 seconds
- Perform a set of 10 flexes (or repeat step #1 10 times), 3 times a day
The second week – Level 2
- Flex (or contract) the ejaculatory muscle tightly and hold the contraction for 5 seconds
- Release the muscle and relax for 5 seconds
- Perform a set of 10 flexes, 3 times a day
Week 3 – Level 3
- Flex the ejaculatory muscle tightly and hold the contraction for 7 seconds
- Release the muscle and relax for 7 seconds
- Perform a set of 10 flexes, 3 times a day
Week 4 – Level 4
- Flex the ejaculatory muscle tightly and hold the contraction for 10 seconds
- Release the muscle and relax for 10 seconds
- Perform a set of 10 flexes, 3 times a day
Week 5 – Level 5
- Flex the ejaculatory muscle tightly and hold the contraction for 10 seconds
- Release the muscle and relax for 10 seconds
- Perform a set of 20 flexes, 3 times a day
Another variation of Kegel exercises for men
- Flex the ejaculatory muscle tightly and hold the contraction for 3 seconds
- Release and relax for 3 seconds
- Perform a set of 50 flexes (that is, repeat step #1 50 times), once a day
…for the first week.
So this is how this variation (or workout) goes:
- The first week: 50 flexes a day
- The second week: 100 flexes a day
- The third week: 150 flexes a day
- The fourth week: 200 flexes a day
- The fifth week: 250 flexes a day
- Sixth week: 300 flexes a day
With this variation, doing them first thing in the morning before you get out of bed every day or last thing at night is a good idea.

Just like any other muscle group in the body, the more one practices male Kegel exercises, the stronger his ejaculatory muscle gets, and the better his ejaculatory control will be – helping him last as long as you want during sex.
A man needs to perform Kegel exercises regularly to get results.
Although, he can take a day or two off especially when he feels soreness… to recover. Taking one or two days off to rest or recover from soreness won’t affect the exercise in any way.
