…then as things get hot and heavy, arousal intensifies, then there are involuntary muscular contractions that result in ejaculation and then finally orgasm.

Now, to ensure your excitement and sexual arousal don’t escalate rapidly and blow your load too soon, or simply, to last longer in bed or during sex, you will have to manage your excitement and control your sexual arousal and keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed throughout sex – until the time you decide to ejaculate and orgasm.

When you’re relaxed down below and you keep your excitement and arousal from escalating rapidly and keep it at a manageable level, you will be able to delay ejaculation and consequently, last longer in bed.

And the best way to control your arousal is to make a conscious effort to maintain slow, deep, steady breaths throughout sex.

Generally, when having sex, as arousal intensifies, our breathing rate increases as well – we start breathing faster, and then it increases further – causing us to take quick, short breaths as we get closer to orgasm…

…maintaining slow, deep, steady breaths throughout sex will keep your arousal from escalating rapidly and help you hold back ejaculation to prolong intercourse.

Now, as you’re CONTROLLING your arousal and keeping it from becoming overwhelming, the next tactic is to…

…make a conscious effort to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed

The ejaculatory muscle, commonly called the PC muscle, is the muscle that you feel involuntary contracting when you’re ejaculating and having an orgasm… this is the same muscle that controls the release of urine – the muscle you push to force urination out and contract to stop the flow of urine.

Relaxation of this muscle is key to lasting as long as you want during sex… as rhythmic and involuntary contractions push you closer to ejaculation.

The more the ejaculatory muscle contracts during sex, the closer it pushes you to ejaculate… but when it is relaxed or loose – when you make a conscious effort to keep it relaxed throughout sex even when you’re highly aroused – it keeps early ejaculation at bay and helps you last longer in bed.

As long as you keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed you will NOT ejaculate.

Well, it is easy for me to say “relax”… but how do you really go about it?

Simple!

Notice how when you’re peeing, you push outward to force urination out and contract when you are trying to hold back urination… and how you relax to allow the urine to flow naturally?

You see, that midpoint where you relax to allow the urine to flow naturally… that’s the relaxed state. That means in this state, there’s no forcing urination out nor stopping the flow of urine.

In short, when the ejaculatory muscle is neither pushing nor pulling, it means it is relaxed.

Or more practically, when you’re not voluntary or involuntary flexing and releasing the muscle during sex, it is relaxed.

As long as you keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed you will NOT ejaculate.

Hint:

When you adopt a comfortable sex position – like any variations of the woman-on-top sex position – you will be in a better position to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed throughout sex and consequently last longer in bed.

And here’s a secret tip:

The variation of the missionary position where you have to prop yourself up with your hands has the effect of pushing you closer to ejaculation.

This is because when you prop yourself up with your hands, you put excessive pressure on your arms and thighs, and body muscle groups which makes it a bit difficult to keep your body and its muscle groups relaxed for a long period.

And after thrusting for a few minutes, the amount of tension on your arms and leg muscles will make you lose control and make ejaculation inevitable.

To last longer in the missionary position…

…make sure your weight is not on your hands.

Instead of having your hands on the bed to support your body and have all those tensions on your body muscle groups, lay on top of your woman with your body along with hers – chest to chest… then put your arms on the bed or underneath her body and your palms up (like at the back of her shoulders).

You can also adopt another variation of the missionary where you kneel in front between your woman’s legs and form an L-shape with her.

You accomplish this by first…

…keeping your mind off the sensations you feel around your penis

Don’t be preoccupied with how good it feels around your penis.

Give no attention to how tight and warm and wet your girl or woman’s pussy is.

BUT rather keep your focus and attention on your girl – stare at her, try to read her facial expressions, listen to the noise she makes, stroke her hair, talk romantically to her – as you thrust in and out of her.

The purpose of this is to keep yourself from allowing the sensations around your penis and the excitement to rule over your head and feel so turned on.

The less you’re overwhelmed with excitement, the more control you will have.

But you see, deep thrusting movements stimulate the full penis and thereby increase excitement and intensify arousal, while short shallow thrusts… not so much.

Thrusting shallow and short or moving in and out of your girl or woman with just the tip of your penis, rather than going in deep, lessen the stimulation on the penis and keep your excitement and arousal from becoming overwhelming and thus help you delay ejaculation to last longer.

So when you feel you’re about to ejaculate sooner than you would like to, change things up… switch from the deep thrusting movements to short shallow thrusting – fuck your girl with just the tip of your penis until you feel your arousal has subsided and back to a manageable level… then you can resume your usual thrusting movements.

Remember to maintain slow, deep, steady breaths, and keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed.

Here’s a secret tip:

Moving on.

Another technique to keep your excitement under control in order to last longer in bed is…

…switching from a “thrusting motion” to a “grinding motion”

This technique has to do with moving deeper into your girl or woman and slowly grinding your pelvis/pubic bone against her clitoris up and down or side to side… or having her grind against you instead of moving up and down when she’s on top.

There is limited penile stimulation here… and thus greater ejaculatory control for you.

Again, the friction and stimulation to the penis as you thrust in and out of your woman with your full penis increases excitement and gradually intensifies arousal which pushes you closer to ejaculation and orgasm. But with this technique, there is limited penile stimulation since you will be grinding rather than thrusting in and out.

When you feel you’re about to ejaculate sooner than you would like or when you’re not ready to ejaculate, thrust deeper into your girl (or woman) and instead of thrusting in and out of her, grind your pelvis/pubic bone against her clitoris slowly from side to side or up and down.

This technique not only provides you with limited stimulation and helps you hold off ejaculation and prolong sex, but it also gives your girl the clitoral stimulation and pleasure she needs to orgasm – if you grind a little longer, you will bring her to a clitoral orgasm.

There’re tons of things you can do to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed

Including…
