There isn’t a single guy out there who wouldn’t love to be able to last longer in bed.
Sex is fun and exciting…
…and every guy will love to enjoy it to the fullest.
In this article, I teach you how to last longer in bed.
I share with you tips and techniques to last as long as you like during sex.
I start out by discussing the two factors to lasting longer in bed… after that, I get to the tips and techniques and methods to last longer.
If you’re sensitive to coming too fast, you’re going to learn 2 strategies to improve your ejaculatory control to last as long as you like during sex.
Without further ado, let’s get started.
How to Last Longer in Bed
Lasting longer in bed or during sex is about two things…
- relaxation, and
…the relaxation of the ejaculatory (PC) muscle and the control of sexual excitement and arousal.
You see, when we’re having sex, our sexual arousal gradually increases… continual sexual stimulation gets us excited which further increases our arousal…
…then as things get hot and heavy, arousal intensifies, then there are involuntary muscular contractions that result in ejaculation and then finally orgasm.
Now, to ensure your excitement and sexual arousal don’t escalate rapidly and blow your load too soon, or simply, to last longer in bed or during sex, you will have to manage your excitement and control your sexual arousal and keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed throughout sex – until the time you decide to ejaculate and orgasm.
When you’re relaxed down below and you keep your excitement and arousal from escalating rapidly and keep it at a manageable level, you will be able to delay ejaculation and consequently, last longer in bed.
…let’s get to the tips and techniques on how to last longer in bed.
Controlling your arousal
Again, during sex, sexual stimulation gets us excited which gradually increases our arousal and pushes us toward ejaculation and orgasm.
So, in order to last longer during sex, you will have to control and manage your arousal throughout sex so that you don’t lose control quickly.
And the best way to control your arousal is to make a conscious effort to maintain slow, deep, steady breaths throughout sex.
Generally, when having sex, as arousal intensifies, our breathing rate increases as well – we start breathing faster, and then it increases further – causing us to take quick, short breaths as we get closer to orgasm…
…maintaining slow, deep, steady breaths throughout sex will keep your arousal from escalating rapidly and help you hold back ejaculation to prolong intercourse.
Now, as you’re CONTROLLING your arousal and keeping it from becoming overwhelming, the next tactic is to…
…make a conscious effort to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed
The ejaculatory muscle, commonly called the PC muscle, is the muscle that you feel involuntary contracting when you’re ejaculating and having an orgasm… this is the same muscle that controls the release of urine – the muscle you push to force urination out and contract to stop the flow of urine.
Relaxation of this muscle is key to lasting as long as you want during sex… as rhythmic and involuntary contractions push you closer to ejaculation.
The more the ejaculatory muscle contracts during sex, the closer it pushes you to ejaculate… but when it is relaxed or loose – when you make a conscious effort to keep it relaxed throughout sex even when you’re highly aroused – it keeps early ejaculation at bay and helps you last longer in bed.
As long as you keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed you will NOT ejaculate.
Well, it is easy for me to say “relax”… but how do you really go about it?
Notice how when you’re peeing, you push outward to force urination out and contract when you are trying to hold back urination… and how you relax to allow the urine to flow naturally?
You see, that midpoint where you relax to allow the urine to flow naturally… that’s the relaxed state. That means in this state, there’s no forcing urination out nor stopping the flow of urine.
In short, when the ejaculatory muscle is neither pushing nor pulling, it means it is relaxed.
Or more practically, when you’re not voluntary or involuntary flexing and releasing the muscle during sex, it is relaxed.
As long as you keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed you will NOT ejaculate.
When you adopt a comfortable sex position – like any variations of the woman-on-top sex position – you will be in a better position to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed throughout sex and consequently last longer in bed.
And here’s a secret tip:
The variation of the missionary position where you have to prop yourself up with your hands has the effect of pushing you closer to ejaculation.
This is because when you prop yourself up with your hands, you put excessive pressure on your arms and thighs, and body muscle groups which makes it a bit difficult to keep your body and its muscle groups relaxed for a long period.
And after thrusting for a few minutes, the amount of tension on your arms and leg muscles will make you lose control and make ejaculation inevitable.
To last longer in the missionary position…
…make sure your weight is not on your hands.
Instead of having your hands on the bed to support your body and have all those tensions on your body muscle groups, lay on top of your woman with your body along with hers – chest to chest… then put your arms on the bed or underneath her body and your palms up (like at the back of her shoulders).
This will take the tension off your hands and make your body feel a lot more relaxed.
You can also adopt another variation of the missionary where you kneel in front between your woman’s legs and form an L-shape with her.
A kneeling position offers greater comfort to you and you will have complete control over your ejaculation because you won’t have to support your weight on your hands.
Here, you can put a pillow under her butt to prop her hips up.
In these postures, you will feel completely relaxed and you will have greater control… and consequently, last a lot longer in bed.
The missionary position has the effect of pushing you closer to ejaculation.
Now, as you keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed and keep your arousal under control, the next tactic to last longer in bed is to…
…keep your excitement at a manageable level so that you don’t lose control too soon
You accomplish this by first…
…keeping your mind off the sensations you feel around your penis
Don’t be preoccupied with how good it feels around your penis.
Give no attention to how tight and warm and wet your girl or woman’s pussy is.
BUT rather keep your focus and attention on your girl – stare at her, try to read her facial expressions, listen to the noise she makes, stroke her hair, talk romantically to her – as you thrust in and out of her.
The purpose of this is to keep yourself from allowing the sensations around your penis and the excitement to rule over your head and feel so turned on.
The less you’re overwhelmed with excitement, the more control you will have.
You see, when you’re preoccupied with the sensations and feelings around your penis or you’re too excited to be inside a woman, it gets you overly excited and intensifies your arousal which causes you to come (ejaculate and orgasm) sooner than you would like to…
…but by not focusing on the sensations and feeling around your penis, your pleasure and arousal build more slowly and this will help you to LAST LONGER.
…as you make love to your girl or woman or during sex, you will want to keep your mind off the sensations and the feelings around your penis and instead, keep your focus and attention on her.
The more you’re focused on your woman, the more control you will have.
This will keep your arousal from becoming overwhelming and let you pound away at your woman without blowing your load early.
Getting overly-excited leads you to ejaculate sooner than you would like to.
The next tip to keep your excitement at a manageable level in order to last longer in bed is…
…slowing down when you feel your excitement intensifying
Thrusting in and out of a warm wet vagina is extremely stimulating and pleasurable.
The friction and stimulation to the penis intensify excitement and gradually cause arousal to heighten which pushes us closer to ejaculation and orgasm.
And that is to say, non-stop thrusting when not controlled results in ejaculation and orgasm in no time.
…slowing down your thrusting movements when you feel ejaculation is imminent will keep your arousal from becoming overwhelming and thus help you delay ejaculation to last longer in bed.
The next tip and technique to keep your excitement under control in order to last longer in bed is…
…thrusting short and shallow
This is where you fuck or move in and out of your girl or woman for a while with just the tip of your penis.
Usually, you will thrust deep into your girl (or woman) and pull back, then deep, and then out…
But you see, deep thrusting movements stimulate the full penis and thereby increase excitement and intensify arousal, while short shallow thrusts… not so much.
Thrusting shallow and short or moving in and out of your girl or woman with just the tip of your penis, rather than going in deep, lessen the stimulation on the penis and keep your excitement and arousal from becoming overwhelming and thus help you delay ejaculation to last longer.
So when you feel you’re about to ejaculate sooner than you would like to, change things up… switch from the deep thrusting movements to short shallow thrusting – fuck your girl with just the tip of your penis until you feel your arousal has subsided and back to a manageable level… then you can resume your usual thrusting movements.
Remember to maintain slow, deep, steady breaths, and keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed.
Here’s a secret tip:
The first 1/3 – that is, the first few inches – of the vagina has the most nerve endings… making the vaginal entrance (the entry) very sensitive and the most sensitive part of the vagina. And thus, thrusting shallow and short (or thrusting in and out of your girl with just the tip of your penis) will feel pleasurable for her and will intensify her pleasure.
Deep thrusting movements stimulate the full penis and thereby increases excitement and intensifies arousal.
Another technique to keep your excitement under control in order to last longer in bed is…
…switching from a “thrusting motion” to a “grinding motion”
This technique has to do with moving deeper into your girl or woman and slowly grinding your pelvis/pubic bone against her clitoris up and down or side to side… or having her grind against you instead of moving up and down when she’s on top.
There is limited penile stimulation here… and thus greater ejaculatory control for you.
Again, the friction and stimulation to the penis as you thrust in and out of your woman with your full penis increases excitement and gradually intensifies arousal which pushes you closer to ejaculation and orgasm. But with this technique, there is limited penile stimulation since you will be grinding rather than thrusting in and out.
When you feel you’re about to ejaculate sooner than you would like or when you’re not ready to ejaculate, thrust deeper into your girl (or woman) and instead of thrusting in and out of her, grind your pelvis/pubic bone against her clitoris slowly from side to side or up and down.
This technique not only provides you with limited stimulation and helps you hold off ejaculation and prolong sex, but it also gives your girl the clitoral stimulation and pleasure she needs to orgasm – if you grind a little longer, you will bring her to a clitoral orgasm.
There’re tons of things you can do to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed
- shortening your range of thrusting motion to lessen stimulation to the penis and keep your excitement and arousal from becoming overwhelming and losing control.
- having the girl or woman take change while you barely thrust at all.
- pulling out and squeezing the head of your penis to fend off an impending ejaculation.
- pulling out and giving your woman oral sex to keep your arousal from becoming overwhelming and blowing your load sooner than you would like to.
- clenching your ejaculatory muscle to fend off an imminent ejaculation.
When you’re having sex and you feel you’re about to climax but not yet ready to end the sexual encounter, change things up to hold back ejaculation before it’s too late.
So that’s how to last longer in bed.
If you’re sensitive to coming too fast…
…like you ejaculate seconds into intercourse or can’t last more than a couple of minutes during sex, there are at least 2 common reasons for this.
- you’ve likely conditioned yourself to come fast from a lifelong masturbation habit, and
- you have a weak ejaculatory (PC) muscle…
Now, to improve your ejaculatory control and last as long as you desire during sex, you’re going to have to…
- refrain from your usual masturbation routine and instead use it to train yourself to hold back ejaculation and last longer
- tone up (strengthen) your ejaculatory muscle
Let’s go into detail.
Masturbation and Your Ejaculatory Control
Generally, quick ejaculation is a conditioned response.
Most of us guys are used to masturbating to ejaculate and experience an orgasm as fast as possible since our early teen years.
Unfortunately, this habit tends to manifest itself during sex with a girl or a woman.
Our quick masturbation out of the desire to ejaculate and experience an orgasm as soon as possible in our early teen years conditions us to ejaculate prematurely (quickly) during sex – it inevitably leads to quick ejaculation.
So, to put it simply, if you’ve been masturbating for a long time or since your teen years and you frequently do so to experience an orgasm as fast as possible, you’ve inadvertently conditioned yourself to ejaculate quickly during sexual intercourse.
Now, to last longer in bed or during sex, you will need to refrain from your usual masturbation routine, and rather use it as an exercise – to train yourself to hold back your ejaculation.
It’s a good start to lasting longer during sex.
How you masturbate will either condition you to come quickly or help you last longer during sex.
The next step to improve your ejaculatory control and last as long as you desire during sex if you’re sensitive to coming too fast is to…
…tone up (strengthen) your ejaculatory muscle
Again, the ejaculatory muscle is the muscle that you feel involuntary contracting when you’re ejaculating and having an orgasm.
Commonly called the PC muscle.
Relaxation of this muscle is key to lasting as long as you want during sex.
Unfortunately, due to a weak ejaculatory muscle from lack of giving healthy elasticity to it, you easily lose control and ejaculate sooner than you would like to.
You see, the rhythmic and involuntary contractions of this special muscle push you closer to ejaculation.
Again, the relaxation of this muscle is key to lasting as long as you want during sex…
…but the more the ejaculatory muscle contracts during sex, the closer it pushes you to ejaculation… but when it is relaxed or loose, it keeps early ejaculation at bay and helps you stay longer in bed.
A strong or well-toned ejaculatory muscle keeps relaxed during sex and makes you feel like you can last as long as you like during sex.
Or to put it simply, a strong or well-toned ejaculatory muscle greatly boosts your ejaculatory control during sex and you can last as long as you like.
So, there you have it…
