Question: How do I stimulate the G-spot?
Answer
You can stimulate the G-spot using your finger(s), a sex toy, and with your penis during penetrative sex.
If you will want to or look to stimulate the G-spot with your finger(s), there are 4 different ways you can go about it. Here, you can stimulate or rub the G-spot…
- from side-to-side – the way a window wiper swipes a windshield
- in circles
- back and forth
- or in a beckoning or ‘come-here’ finger gesture as if you’re trying to pull it out. To get the picture, visualize gesturing someone to you with your middle or first finger or both fingers (the two fingers next to the thumb). That’s how you go about this stroking technique.

Now, to stimulate the G-spot, you will have to first lubricate your finger… or get the woman or girl sufficiently aroused with foreplay to get her dripping wet before you stick your finger inside her. You see, when a girl or a woman is dry or not sufficiently wet down there, fingering her or stimulating her G-spot will be painful for her.
So, before you slide your finger into a girl’s or woman’s vagina, you will have to first lubricate your finger or get the woman or girl sufficiently aroused with foreplay to get her dripping wet.
Spend ample time kissing and caressing your girl or woman all over to get her sufficiently aroused, then slowly work your way to the G-spot.
Now… how you stimulate the G-spot with your finger
First, the woman or girl should be lying down on her back on the bed or the floor with her legs spread to expose her vulva to your view. This position or having a woman lying on her back will give you better access to her G-spot.
Next, you gently insert or slide your middle or index finger or both fingers (the two fingers next to the thumb) into her vagina, about 1-2 inches.
Don’t try to stick too many fingers into a woman at once… it can be painful for her.
One finger is even enough to give her pleasure. And you can start with that.
With your finger(s) inside her, you press the pad of your fingertip against the G-spot or into the vaginal ceiling.
Again, you can stimulate or rub the G-spot
- from side-to-side
- in circles
- back and forth
- or in a beckoning or ‘come-here’ finger gesture
Start out by slowly rubbing the G-spot from side to side or in circles. This will start to arouse the G-spot.

If you want to stimulate the G-spot with a sex toy…

Use the tip of the toy to apply pressure to the G-Spot… and stimulate it back and forth with a steady rhythm.
Start out with lighter pressure and increase it – apply firm, constant pressure – as the woman or girl gets more and more aroused.
If you want to stimulate or hit or rub against the G-spot with your penis during sex…
You will want to adopt or use a sex position or sexual posture that will make it easier to hit or rub against the G-spot or directly hit or rub against the front vaginal wall, where the G-spot is located, as you thrust in and out of the woman or girl.
In the missionary position, put a pillow under her butt to elevate her hip. Pick up her legs and place her feet up on your shoulders. Or place her feet on your chest. Next, grab her upper legs and penetrate her. If you don’t have a pillow under her butt to elevate her hip, then you will have to reach down and grab her upper legs and use these to hold her as you thrust in and out of her.
When she’s the one on top facing and straddling you, as you lie on your back – Cowgirl style… have her lean backward or tilt her body back just a little, with her hands on your calves for support, and feet flat on the bed. Or provided she faces the opposite direction (that is when she has her back facing you – the Reverse-Cowgirl… here, have her lean backward so her back rests on your chest, while you slide your penis inside her.
