Question: How can I train myself to last longer in bed?
First off, there’s Kegel exercise designed for men.
This is a simple exercise we do daily to strengthen the ejaculatory muscle – the muscle that regulates ejaculation control. Or simply, the muscle you feel contracts rhythmically as you orgasm. This is the same muscle that you feel contracts when you stop urine midway.
Kegels is a simple flexing and relaxing of the ejaculatory muscles… to tone it.
You see, involuntary contractions of the ejaculatory muscle during sex lead to quick ejaculation… or involuntary contractions are what cause us guys to ejaculate and orgasm quickly or prematurely or sooner than we would want to.
Now, toning up the ejaculatory muscle by doing Kegel exercises daily will give you tremendous stamina so that you can last longer during sex.
With a well-toned ejaculatory muscle, you will be able to keep the ejaculatory muscle relaxed for a long time before ejaculating.
You will be able to have more control over your ejaculation at all times even with the most intense sexual stimulation… to delay their orgasm
With a well-toned ejaculatory muscle, you can flex your ejaculatory muscle during intercourse to stop an imminent ejaculation and prevent yourself from ejaculating sooner than you would want to.
In short, with a well-toned ejaculatory muscle, you can decide when you want to ejaculate.
You can also use masturbation as an exercise to train yourself to last longer in bed
With this exercise, you will pleasure yourself without the need to orgasm early.
You’re going to draw out masturbation (delay ejaculation and orgasm) for about 30 minutes or more before you allow yourself to ejaculate and orgasm.
The objective of this exercise is to train yourself to hold back ejaculation, withstand an extended period of stimulation, and develop the ability to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed throughout sex until the time you want to ejaculate and orgasm.
The relaxation of the ejaculatory muscle is important here because you see, when it comes to sex, the involuntary and rhythmically contraction of the ejaculatory muscle is what causes us guys to ejaculate prematurely or sooner than we would want to.
Relaxation of this muscle is key to lasting as long as we want during sex… but involuntary and rhythmic contractions push us closer to ejaculation.
So, with this exercise, you will be training and re-conditioning yourself to delay ejaculation with more focus on keeping the ejaculatory muscle relaxed until the time you want to ejaculate and orgasm.
With enough practice, you will develop a greater ability to keep your ejaculatory muscle relaxed throughout sex and withstand extended periods of sexual stimulation.
Most of us guys are used to or we tend to masturbate quickly in order to ejaculate and experience an orgasm as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, this inadvertently conditions us to come or ejaculate quickly during sex.
Habitual speedy masturbation practice for a quick release or out of a desire to experience an orgasm as soon as possible inadvertently leads to quick ejaculation during sex or inadvertently conditions us guys to ejaculate quickly during actual sex.
So the fact that quick ejaculation is in large part a conditioned response (poor masturbation habit) also means that one can reverse this response or predicament with the proper strategies and techniques.
Using masturbation as an exercise instead of for a quick release is a great way to condition yourself to last longer during actual sex.
